appointment of Smt. Sudesha Devi D7o Sh Jittam Singh W/o Sh' Shash Pal Singh R/o Haddal'

Bhadarwah, Doda under sr category as Junior Assistant in the pay scale of 5200-20200 with

grade pay 1900 in Government Medical College & Associated Hospitals' Jammu'

Theappointmentofthecandidatesshallsubjecttofulfilmentofthefollowingconditions:-A.TheappointeeshallreporttothePrincipal,GoW.MedicalCollege,]ammuwithinaperiod

of 21 days from the date of issuance of this order'

B'lncase,theappointeefailstojointheDepartmentwiihinthestipuiatedperiocioftime,his/herappointmentshallbedeemedtohavebeencancelledwithouianyfurthernotice.

C. The appointee shall be allowed to join only on the production of the following

documents/certificates in original:-

i. Academic/TechnicalQualificationCertificate'

ii. Matriculation/ Date of birth Certificate'

iii'HealthcertificatefromtheconcernedChiefMedicalofficeroftheDistrict.iv. Permanent Resident Certificate issued by the competent Authority'

v. certificate from the concerned District lndustries centre (Dlc) and the District

EmploymentandCounsellingcentretotheeffectthatnoloanunderselfemploymentscheme has been taken by the appointee'

vi. Relevant Category Certificate (if any)'

vii. Character Certificate from the concerned Police Station'

D'TheappointmentofthecandidateasJuniorAssistantshallfurtherbesubjecttothefollowing conditions:-

i. The appointee shall give an undertaking duly attested by the First Class Magistrate in

theshapeofanaffidavittotheeffectthatincaseadversereportabouthis/hercharacter and Antecedents is received from the lnspector General of Police, (clD) J&K

towhomareferenceshallbemadebytheconcerned,thecandidateshallhavenorighttoclaimhis/herappointmentasJuniorAssistantandhis/herappointmentassuch shall be deemed to have been cancelled ab'initio'

ii. lf on verification, the certificate(s) produced by the appointee are proved to be fake or

E. The sarary of the appointees shail be disbursed onry on receipt of the satisfactory report

with regards to character and antecedents and verification in respect of documents and

testimonials i.e. Academics, Technical and Category (if any) from the verifying agency'

F. The appointment of the said candidate shall be governed by "New Pension scheme" as per

SRO-400 of 2009 dated: 24'12-2009'

G. The inter-se-seniority of the appointee shall be in order of merit furnished by the J&K

Service selection Board which shall be notified separately'

H. The appointment in Divisional cadre is not transferable from one Division to another and

change of Cadre is not accePtable'
