WHAT IS SINGLE WINDOW?

Single Window is a procedure that allows parties involved in trade and transport to lodge standardized information and documents with a single entry point to fulfill all import, export, and transit-related regulatory requirements.

A Trader or Agent submits all information required for

clearance once to the single window service

Responses from various authorities and financial institutions are

returned to trader or agent. The final response is provided
