• 2002 年，中国证监会、沪深证交所、新多利技术有限公司等开始研究该标准

In 2002 ， research on XBRL standard started by CSRC, the SSE and the SZSE, Shanghai New Lido Data Technology

• 2004 年，上证所推出 XBRL Pilot 项目 4月底项目结束时，占上市公司比例 14% 的 118家公司以

XBRL 标准报送 03 年度摘要的实例文档，占比例 87% 的 730家公司以此报送 04 年第一季度报告的实例文档。

In 2004 ，” XBRL Pilot” launched by SSE. By the end of April, 118 listed companies submitted 2003 annual report abstract, 730 listed companies submitted 2004 1Q report in XBRL format which accounted for 14% and 87%, respectively.

• 2003 年，制定完成工业和商业类上市公司 XBRL 分类标准。 In 2003, the SSE finished XBRL taxonomy of listed compani

es in industrial and commercial sectors

• 2005 年 9月，该分类体系通过 XBRL 国际组织的“ Acknowledged” 认证，成为中国第一个获得 XBRL 国际认证的分类体系。

In Sep 2005, granted “Acknowledged” certification by the XBRL International which has been the first granted taxonomy in China

• 2006 年制定基金信息披露分类标准，并成为国际上首个通过国际组织“ Acknowledged”认证的基金分类标准

In 2006, SSE constituted Fund Taxonomy and obtained the first “Acknowledged” certification in fund industry in the world.

In Sep 2007, the SSE constituted XBRL taxonomy of listed companies in financial sectors

• 2007 年底，完成临时公告分类标准，形成较完整的上市公司信息披露分类标准体系。
