Good afternoon and welcome to the Harry Williams Riverside Sta-dium for the Evo-Stik Northern Premier League Division One Northgame and we offer a warm welcome to our visitors today fromPadiham F.C. We hope that you enjoy your time with us and havea safe, short journey back home later. It is really good to be able to welcome Padiham to the HWRS onceagain as they followed in a similar path to our own when they liftedthe North West Counties League title last season, just 12 monthsafter we did. And there are some very familiar faces in the Arboriesranks with Rammy favourites Mark Sharples and Keiron Pickup re-turning as well as another player who has worn the Rammy blue inKieran Fletcher as well. Let’s hope they don’t come back to hauntus today as, certainly Sharpy and Kieron, were instrumental partsof our NWCFL title winning season and it was good to see themlifting it again for a second time. So, welcome back lads and thankyou for what you did for us.Of course, we hope you have a losing return and it will be some-thing that all Rammy fans hope will happen as we have suffered arather indifferent start to the campaign with three defeats in theopening three games. However, anyone who was at WarringtonTown on Saturday will certainly not be concerned as it was the Wiremanager, Chris Read, that was in need of the throat sweets at theend of the match as he was more than disgruntled with his teamsperformance. But they still stole the 1-0 win, which they certainlydidn’t deserve given Rammy’s endeavour. So there is no need to worry or panic at all. Everyone is disap-pointed, of course, not to have got off the mark as yet so todaypresents itself with an opportunity to finally lift ourselves out of ‘nilpoints’!I hope you have enjoyed the new look programme. It has been a

labour of love for Rob Moss and we havehad some very favourable comments

thus far.I could not be further away today in crick-eting terms as I sit in Canterbury for Kent vNottinghamshire in the Yorkshire Bank 40competition. But I enjoyed the game onSaturday and can’t wait to come back in acouple of weeks time … to shout, ofcourse, …… C’MON RAMMY!!!!!!!!!!Richard

Page 5: 02 Ramsbottom United v Padiham

Today sees us welcome our local rivalsand good friends from Padiham to theHWRS for this, our first ever meetingin the Evo-Stik League. It is good tosee them follow in our footsteps, es-pecially given the players they havewho have had some experience of itwith us.It is good to see Sharpy and Keironback here today with Padiham, theywere excellent for us in our title win-ning season and while we had to takethe decision to let them go, we are alldelighted that they lifted the title onceagain last season and we wish themwell with their new club … let’s hopethey don’t come and show us todaywhat they can do!The start of the season hasn’t exactlygone to plan and we are as disap-pointed as anyone not to have anypoints at this stage. However, weshowed at Warrington that we havethe players and we have quality tosucceed and when it does, we willstart to make our move up the table. It has been hard, we have playedsome good sides so far but the per-formance on Saturday was excellentand I could not fault the lads at all.Just one error let them in but theywere a very ordinary side who knewthey had got away with it. Their man-ager was very relieved when I spoketo him after the game and admittedwe were the best side he had playedagainst this season.Of course, that doesn't get you any-where and we need to find that sparkto get our season off the ground.

We had a long chat after Tuesday’sgame at Ossett where we didn’t de-serve to get anything but on Saturday,we battered them and played somereally good football but one silly mis-take let them in. We missed plenty ofchances but we played very well sothere was no point going in shoutingand screaming at them. We knowwhat our jobs are and we just have tobounce back and we hope to starttoday. All this football club has known sincewe took over is success so this is anew thing for us. Everyone looks atthe league table, I know I have andeveryone will have done and they seeus at the bottom of the table. Buthave been slow starters for a numberof years—I don’t know why that is—but we will bounce back because weare a good football side. One bit of news from the team thatyou may have heard by now, AdamMorning has left the club and goneback to Skelmersdale United. We wishhim well. He just let us know on Fri-day that he wanted to go back tothem and that is all we knew about it.Nothing more really to add on it apartfrom to wish him all the best andSkem all the best too.We have plenty of think about here, starting again today. Get behind thelads, as you always do, and things willstart to happen.

Ramsbottom United’s disappointingstart to the campaign continued whenthey lost 2-0 at Ossett Town on Tuesdaynight.

With both sides having lost on theopening day, hopes were high that theRams could collect their first points ofthe season, but it was the home sidewhich managed that in a game largelyforgotten.

The visitors looked nervous, with anumber of misplaced passes ruiningtheir usual flowing style.

Jon Robinson laid the ball on to PhilDean but the Rams first chance wentwide. Adam Morning then fed TomBrooks, but his turn and shot lackedpower.

The home side were awarded apenalty on 13 minutes when a cross hitthe hand of Danny Warrender. GrantShenton, however, produced the savefrom Gareth Grant’s spot kick to keepthe score level.

At the other end, Fernando Mokeplayed in Luke Sharry but his effort wasoff target.

The Rams created a number of halfchances, but failed to capitalise, whilst anOssett free-kick met the head of AndrewFox, but he could not guide it goalwards.Morning saw his free-kick sail over the

bar before the first half closed with acouple of chances for the home side.

Sharry volleyed wide following a corner, before a fine run from Moke saw himstroke home a drive that beat Shentonbut also the far post.

A fine move early in the second halfinvolving Dean, Brooks and Robinsonwas thwarted by a save down by thepost, before Shenton was called into ac-tion again to tip a fierce angled shotfrom Steven Jeff on to the crossbar. On 57 minutes, Town took the lead. A

run down the right by Moke saw himcross the ball, and as Warrender and Foxboth went to connect, Fox it was whoclaimed the final touch to open the scor-ing.Jeff then fired a free-kick over the bar

as the home side looked at extendingthe lead, whilst free-kick expert MarkDrew saw an attempt sail straight at MattConvey in the home goal.

Jordan Hulme headed a Robinsoncross over, whilst Grant Spencer was de-nied by Convey from 20 yards.

The home side killed off the game asthe final minutes ticked down.

A fine passing move saw the ball fallfor substitute Chris Wood, who out-wit-ted a couple of defenders before notch-ing the second goal.All-in-all a disappointing night for the

Rams, who will need to shake off theearly season lethargy to start picking upthe points.

OOTBALL

Well, here we are onto our fourth game of the season and still pointless. Betnot many would have predicted that a couple of weeks ago!But that’s where we are, and we desperately need to start picking up some

points. Maybe today is the day, but first of all there is a little matter of our vis-itors standing in the way, and we know they will be no pushover. So welcome to everyone who has made the short journey down from Padi-

ham.I was delighted that the Storks repeated our success of twelve months earlier

by winning the NWCFL. Yet again, last season at that level saw a tremendous finish, and I was keeping

my fingers crossed that Padiham, with their Ramsbottom connection, woulddo it, and thankfully they did.I welcome them to the HWRS today, and look forward to many more enter-

taining contests between our two clubs in the future.DISGRACENon-league football down in Hampshire appears to be going through some-

thing of a crisis.Aldershot Town were relegated from the Football League in May, and almost

went out of business for the second time in 20 years.First time round they were almost rescued when a certain Spencer Trethewy

came along as an enthusiastic teenager promising to inject capital to save theclub. He didn’t, and the club folded. This same Spencer then reappeared a few years later in management, under

the name of Spencer Day.Another club from that part of the world, Farnborough, have had an equally

disturbing past. Too many things have happened to go through here, but let’sjust say, they have not been the best run club!

Now, the manager there, and it would appear, a reluctant administrator, isthe very same Spencer Trethewy.Last year, FA Cup sponsors, Budweiser, came up with a publicity stunt which

I thought could not be beaten for crassness. They asked Wembley FC to sign on a number of retired England Interna-

tionals for the preliminary rounds of the FA Cup in order to gain cheap columninches. These players actually played as the club won through just one earlyround.Shame on Wembley FC for lowering the tone of both the FA Cup and non-

league football. However, that cheap trick pales into insignificance when compared to

bookmakers Paddy Power’s recent stunt involving Trethewy’s Farnbor-ough.They have asked a number of players to change their names by deed poll

to the likes of Messi, Beckham, Maradona, Best, Pele, Cruyff, Moore andTerry.

The players involved were offered an inducement of around £2000 plusand end-of-season holiday in Las Vegas, to comply with the request.All of this is part of the bookmakers £100,000 sponsorship of the club;

money that was desperately needed to bail them out of yet another blackhole, and allow them to pay a bond to allow them to play in this season’s

Skrill South league. The Conference, not surprisingly are less than enamoured with this ridiculous

idea, and at the time of writing, have still to resolve the issue with the club, whohave been barred from starting the campaign.

Trethewy reckons it’s all a bit of fun and good publicity.Well, he should know. He’s already changed his name once, so the

idea is hardly a novelty to him.Me?This sort of thing merely acts as a springboard for anyone higher up

the footballing ladder to look down on the smaller clubs and dismiss lowerleague football as an irrelevance. The expression “Bringing the game into disrepute” comes to mind.

Enjoy your non-league football!

today’s visitorspadihamIt might be hard to imagine today but in theimmediate years following the establish-ment of Padiham Football Club in Novem-ber 1878 the “Caldersiders” as they werethen known were considered one of Lan-cashire’s soccer pioneers and one of thebetter Club sides in England. The Padiham Club were in at the birth of theLancashire Football Associations Senior Cupcompetition in 1879, reached the thirdround proper of the F.A. Cup in season 1883- 84 and beat Burnley F.C. 6-0, 7-0, 9-1 and4-2 in their first four encounters. Gates ofover 2,000 were not uncommon for the vis-its of teams like Blackburn Rovers, PrestonNorth End, Burnley and other local rivals toPadiham F.C.’S ground which was originallysituated on the banks of the River Calder atthe end of Wyre Street in Padiham and ini-tially leased from the Shuttleworth family ofGawthorpe Hall.At present the site is occupied by the Pot-terton Myson Limited Main Gas factory andnothing remains of the Clubs originalground which witnessed many encounterswith Clubs that later achieved FootballLeague status. In fact it was the setting upof the Football League and the ensuing lossof fixtures with the leading Clubs, as well asthe legalisation of professionalism withinfootball that ended Padiham’s initial decadeof success.Being an ardent stalwart of the fight wagedfrom Lancashire for the legalisation of pro-fessionalism in football, Padiham’s progres-sive outlook at the time ironically helpedfashion the stranglehold football financecame to have on small town Clubs, in hind-sight it condemned Padiham to an ongoing

fight for survival. Unable to secure the serv-ices of players able to compete with thebigger surrounding towns and cities, gatesdropped and as a result reduced incomemeant Padiham had to restrict its activitiesto playing in the Lancashire CombinationFootball League and at times the localminor leagues. The outbreak of World War One curtailedPadiham Football Club’s involvement in ac-tive football altogether at the end of the1915 - 1916 season, and the loss of theirground during the War meant that PadihamFootball Club lay dormant until after theend of World War Two when they were re-formed.The rebirth of Padiham Football Club cameabout in 1949 with the opening of the “Ar-bories” Memorial Sports Ground in Padi-ham on August 20th 1949 when 1777spectators turned up to see the Club’sopening Lancashire Combination fixture ofthe 1949 - 50 football season. In 1982, Padiham Football Club becamefounder members of the North West Coun-ties Football League; however in 1990 theyleft the league and joined the West Lan-cashire Football League where they playedtheir football for ten seasons. PadihamFootball Club returned to the North WestCounties Football League for the 2000 -2001 season and to date have spent over£400,000 on upgrading their “Arbories” Me-morial Sports Ground.Padiham FC gained promotion to theEvoStik Northern Premier League for Sea-son 2013/14 after winning the North WestCounties Football League Premier Divisionin Season 2012/13.

today’s visitorspadihamTom Bradley, Full Back Age – 23Chopper signed in 2008 and as a local ladproved there is talent in Padiham. Tom knownonly as chopper at the club has won some sil-verware while featuring for both 1st & 2ndteams and won players player in 2010/11 sea-son. Chopper offers great quality going forwardas an attacking left full back, great talker on thepitch, loves a tackle and shows nothing but100% commitment every game. His commit-ment and love for the club was there to seewhen a change of club to Barnoldswick Townduring the season due to footballing reasonssaw chopper return to his home land and finishthe season as it started as a valuable memberof Padihams 1st team squad and personalBACK TRIMMER of the gaffaSpencer Jordan, Attacking MidfieldAge – 22Spencer Jordan is a new recruit for this seasonand he is coming from local rivals BarnoldswickTown. Spenny has been on Wilksy & Cunnysradar for some time and they are delighted tohave captured this young exciting footballer. He has proven he can cut it in NWCFL after acouple of successful seasons at Barnoldswickwhere a great goal scoring return from midfieldnetting over 20 times resulted in top scorer, managers player and players player awards. Aserious injury last season put football on holdfor a while, Traveling across the globe was nextfor Spenny with his partner and on his return itwas soon clear he was a target for Padiham FC.Spenny will have a good pre season to get backto his best and the management team hasagreed that it will take time to see the best fromSpenny but one they are willing to wait on, asonce fit he will contribute to the team in an at-tacking formation that will cause some real up-sets this season. He is also the perfect profilethe club are trying to attract, great ability but aprofessional attitude and 100% committed tothe project we have at the club.

Sean Davis, GoalkeeperAge – 22Sean signed 5 years ago for Padiham FC andhas proven to be very loyal to the club with nu-merous clubs trying to tempt him away. Hisform over the last few seasons has won him anumber of awards and this season 12/13 Seanhas proven to be the best goalkeeper in theNWCL with 23 clean sheets to his name. Seanis thought of very highly by the managementteam and players and they are relying on himfor the new season ahead to form that solidback bone and show the same form that helpedwin the league. Sean’s previous clubs includeColne FC and worsthorne. Sean’s stand outhonors in his career so far NWCF league win-ners Delete Neil Stansfield, Attacking MidfielderAge – 26Stanny joined Padiham FC at the start of the2012/13 season from local rivals Colne FC.Stanny has great skills in the locker and justneeded someone to give him the chance toshow off his stanny step overs!!! Under the newmanagement team stanny has grown as a foot-baller at this level and shown some great con-sistency that has helped him play the majorityof the season on the right side. His attitude andcommitment to the cause is first class and he isa great example of the type of player the man-agement wants to work with. This season willbe a great platform for stanny to test himselfagainst quality defenders and show that he canbe a real handful at this level.Mark Sharples, MidfieldAge – 26Sharpy signed in December 2012 after a suc-cessful spell with Ramsbottom united. Sharpyhas become one of the fans favourites aftersome great displays. He shows real quality andconfidence on the ball creating opportunitiesfor others but also puts in a real shift in the cen-tre of the park breaking up opposing attacks. The management team have been really im-

Page 17: 02 Ramsbottom United v Padiham

pressed with his effort and attitude since arriv-ing in December and look forward to seeinghim develop into the playmaker/goal scorerthat will help their assault on the EVO STICK. Inthe dressing room and on nights out, Sharpyhas become a firm favourite with the lads dueto the dead ringer look alike !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Kieran Fletcher, Centre HalfAge – 26Kizza has been with the club for the last 3 years, the big centre half is a real character both onand off the pitch. Kieran is a big strong de-fender that on his day is one of the best in theleague; he is commanding in the air and notafraid to put his head in where it hurts. Kizza isvery much liked in the dressing room due to hisnature(you would not think he was a businessman that runs his own company). Kizza hascaptained Chorley FC where he won managersplayer of the year, his former clubs also includeClitheroe, Mossley ,Ramsbottom and Bacup.Jack Overson, DefenderAge – 24Jack was a great capture for the club in January2013 from local rivals Barnoldswick town and inno doubt had he not got injured during the sils-den game away at the back end of the season, many believe the title would have been se-cured long before the last game of the season! This is Jacks 2nd spell with the club having beenpart of the 2009/10 season and 2010/11 sea-son. Jacks quality to read the game and confi-dence with the ball at his feet has been a greatasset to the back four. He has all the attributesyou look for in a centre half, he is very quick, great header of the ball and loves to play fromthe back. His football pedigree of Burnley FC,Barrow, Ashton United and Clitheroe has givenPadiham a young but experienced quality foot-baller that the management team are lookingforward to working with.Elliot Dunn, Centre MidfieldAge – 26Elliot was signed at the start of the 2012/13season. He was one of the first signings madeby Wilksy and Cunny and is one of the firstnames on the team sheet week in week out. El-

liot played at Ashton Athletic under Wilksy andCunny where he also captained the side. This isa player that any manager would be proud of,his attitude, commitment and personality setshim apart. Elliot is a player that gives nothingbut 100% every game, his work rate is of twoplayers (if cunny is playing with him) and whilehe tackles like scholes he is never short in put-ting his head in where it hurts! He drives themidfield forward with his runs and his most no-table game for this was when he rolled up hissleeves and took Bamber Bridge on in the Lan-cashire cup, scoring the goals that took us tothe semi final and dragged the side over thefinishing line. Elliot would agree he could workon his finishing (he could of beaten Ben in thecharts) but if he applies himself in the same wayas last season, this year’s challenge of a higherlevel of football will come easily to him.Ben Allen, ForwardAge – 23Ben (john jo shelvey) Allen has been a manmountain since his arrival last season. Ben wasanother member of the Ashton Athletic playersthat joined Wilksy and Cunny at padiham fc atthe start of the season 2012/13. Ben is a locallad who was introduced to wilksy while at Ash-ton Athletic and he made an impression on theteam straight away but this year he really hasstepped up to the mark and proved to be oneof the most feared strikers in the league withan amazing goal return of 41 goals, finishingthe season as top marksman in the NWCFL!Ben offers great aerial ability to create for oth-ers and while some would say his goal scoringtouch would be his main asset which he wouldsay himself!! The management team are moregrateful for his team work off the ball in chasinglost causes and playing the lone striker for thebest part of the season which shows real char-acter and strength considering he takes a bat-tering most games. Ben was also rewarded atthe end of season awards where he picked upthe SUPPORTERS PLAYER of the year and PLAY-ERS PLAYER awards showing how much Ben isvalued by fans and his fellow players. The bigchallenge for Ben now is to spearhead thestorks challenge in this next step of the nonleague ladder.

Ramsbottom United returned from War-rington wondering just how they are stillpointless, having dominating much of thismatch, yet losing out to a double-error andsome inspired goal-keeping.For the majority of the first half, the visi-

tors looked comfortable, but were unableto beat experienced Town keeper CraigDootson, who put in a match-winning per-formance.Time and again he was called upon, and

each time he thwarted the visitors. As early as the eighth minute he was

equal to a Mark Drew free-kick, as the Ramsset off in determined fashion.A through ball then found Gary Stopforth

with only Dootson to beat, but he hurriedhis shot and it flew harmlessly wide of thetarget.A clever flick from Lee Gaskell set up Phil

Dean, but his effort was blocked as the oneway traffic continued.Andy Dawson was denied three times by

the agile Dootson, each one from a header. The first after 19 minutes was clawed awayfrom under the bar as the visiting skipperthought he had given his side a deservedlead. At the other end, the home side relied

upon occasional breaks, although theycould have taken a surprise lead when aball played in from the left found firstlyChris Gahgan, then Ciaran Kilheeney, butboth saw their shots blocked on the line.Normal service was resumed as a fine run

saw Jordan Hulme through into the area, but he too was frustrated to see his attemptblocked by some desperate Warrington de-fending.

Ben Wharton then almost snatched thelead for the home side when he racedthrough but fired inches wide.

However, not long after, on 39 minutes, the deadlock was broken in bizarre fashion.A poor pass from Danny Warrender wasrescued by Dawson, but he inexplicably

turned the ball towards his own goal withlittle power, and namesake Liam Dawsonlatched onto it before firing past a strandedGrant Shenton in the Rams goal.

Drew came close to an immediateequaliser with an angled free-kick thatDootson turned round at full stretch, beforethe custodian again proved too good forDawson as the captain looked to atone forhis error. The second half saw the home side come

out in a more determined mood. They were quicker to the ball, and ha-

rassed the visitors to such an extent thatthe Rams natural passing game was re-duced to quick flicks as they tried to breakdown a more intent defence.Indeed, it was the home side who almost

doubled the lead when Pater Dogan sent ina crashing volley that scraped the outsideof Shenton’s left-hand post.

The visitors kept up the pressure, withDawson yet again being denied by man-of-the-match Dootson, who then had a littlebit of luck. Gaskell found space, and as heraced goal-wards, he sent in a fierce lowdrive which somehow became entangled inDootson’s right foot, saving a certainequaliser.Jon Robinson headed over from a corner,

before, at the other end, Liam Dawsonweaved his way into the area, only to seehis effort blocked by the Rams defence.

Gaskell was again denied as the Ramslooked for a goal that their play deserved, although Warrender had to be alert as heprevented Kilheeney getting on the end ofa low left-wing cross.Robinson sent the Rams last chance wide

with a header as the whistle blew on an-other disappointing result.Performance-wise, this gave much hope

that fortunes will soon be reversed, but nopoints from the first three games washardly what the supporters or the bookieswere expecting.

Monsoon weather welcomed thestart of the season at the HarryWilliams Riverside Stadium, as theRams kicked off the new campaignwith a 1-3 defeat against one of theleague’s favourites, Curzon Ashton. In a game littered with free-kicks,

and a couple of fracas, the visitorsjust about deserved the points as thehome side lacked a cutting edge infront of goal.

Sam Walker fired wide for theNash with the first real chance of thegame, before Phil Dean saw hisfierce drive blocked by the visitorsdefence.

It took just 13 minutes for theaway side to open their account, al-though they were blessed with a fairamount of luck. Matt Warburtonfired in an effort that took a wickeddeflection off a Rams defender towrong-foot Grant Shenton in goal.

The home side responded in finefashion. A long ball from JordanHulme found Dean on the left, andhe whipped in a low cross that wascleared off the toes of Jon Robinson.

Adam Morning was then justinches away with a 25 yard blast, be-fore Gary Stopforth went even closeras his long range low drive struck thepost before flashing across the faceof the goal and out for a goal-kick.Curzon replied with an audacious

lob from Ryan Brooke that sailedover the bar, whilst Chris McDonaghsaw his angled attempt blocked byJoel Pilkington.

Stopforth saw another effort gonarrowly wide as he latched on to ahalf-cleared corner, then a greatthrough ball from Grant Spencer fedAdam Morning, but Hakon Burtoncame to Curzon’s rescue as he man-aged to palm the ball into the sidenetting.

The Rams had a shout for a penaltyas the first half closed down, whenJon Robinson went down in the box,but their pleas were waved away bythe referee.

The home side did manage tolevel matters in the 53rd minute.Jon Robinson beat keeper Burton

from close range only to see the ballhacked off the line. His second at-tempt met the same fate, beforeTom Brooks lashed the loose ballhome from six yards.

However, the scores remainedlevel for just 4 minutes.

Chris Young spotted Shenton offhis line, and from fully 35 yards, helobbed the ball over the custodianand into the back of the net, muchto the delight of the Curzon follow-ers.

Minutes later Shenton madeamends with a superb finger tip saveto deny McDonagh, and was forcedto make another superb stop, thistime from Warburton. In between, substitute Lee Gaskell

was denied by a goal-line clearancefollowing a free-kick, and Brookswent close with a header that flewover the bar.

Curzon went for the killer thirdgoal, but were again denied by theagile Shenton, as he pounced on aclose range effort from Andrew Wat-son, but on 88 minutes, they did putthe game beyond Ramsbottom.Young again did the damage from

long range. He gathered the ball 25yards out before planting a firm lowdrive just inside the post to ensurethe points made their way down theM60.

The final chance fell to the Rams,as Andy Dawson headed over froma corner, but the visitors hung onand probably on the balance of play, just about deserved the three points.

EDITORIAL - SUPPORTERS CLUBEDITORIAL - SUPPORTERS CLUBEDITORIAL - SUPPORTERS CLUBStill without a win, and going into a big derby game against Padi-ham - my head’s starting to drop, I don’t know about yours!Thankfully we put in a better display at Warrington, showing a bitof the great Rammy side of the last couple of years, and startingwith a strong and committed lineup. As I arrived at Warrington Ilearned that Adam Morning had returned to Skem, and I can’t saythat I’m too disappointed. He looked out of place in our team, andisn’t a patch on the player whose spot he took in the team, DominicSmalley. It’s easy to forget that our existing squad is so good, andwith Gary Stopforth back and firing on all cylinders we can be amatch for any team. I do think that what we’ve seen on TomBrookes is extremely promising though, and I hope both him andTom Toth become strong additions to the team. With Andy Dawson feeling a problem with his back, once again thequestion of depth at the back looms dark on the horizon, thoughClaire spotted Flanners again training with the team. Fingerscrossed for his return.Listening to the whinging from certain sections of the WarringtonTown support (not least from their foul-mouthed manager), I wasonce again reminded of the decent support we have at Rammy. Not only are we getting good-sized crowds, but we keep our neg-

ative opinions firmly to ourselves during the game. I know thatI’ve mentioned this a few times before, but I really do believequite strongly that our role as supporters is to provide sup-port for our team - and no more will that be needed thatduring the run of poor results that we’ve experienced sofar this season. It’s up to us to really get behind the teamand make sure we encourage them from start to finish, and that includes not shuffling towards the exits with fiveminutes to go. Please get behind the lads, please encourage

them right to the final whistle, and let’s do our bit to get theRammy Boogie Bus back on track!
