QUOTATION FOR WEDDING PHOTOS – 2015

Every couple has unique needs for their wedding photos so I therefore keep all my packages and pricing structure very simply but customisable.

My basic package makes provision for having the photos on a CD, and thereafter prints as many photos you want at any size you want – at cost price!

On the day of the wedding, I (Lydia Floor) will be the photographer and an assistant or another photographer will be helping me.

Together we will take about 1,000 photos of which the couple can pick and choose according to their needs.

Below is a proposed quotation and time table that works for most weddings, and we suggest that you consider it in compiling the schedule for your wedding day.

Photos at the Reception (3½ hours) Speeches, group photos, cutting of cake, throwing of garter & bouquet, opening the dance floor (3½ hour)

*Note: If you have a more specific need or budget, please talk to me about it and I will do my best to accommodate it. *TERMS AND CONDITIONS Deposit: A R1,500 non-refundable deposit is payable at confirmation of the booking. A 2nd Payment of R2,500 one week before the wedding-day is required. The balance is payable at delivery of the photos. The booking will only be considered confirmed after the signing of a mutually agreed contract and payment of the deposit.
