from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm. An updated EOY UAT Known Issues and UAT Release
Update were posted to the UAT FTP site on Wednesday 5/2/12

EOY UAT Reminders
LEAs should report their progress to the CDE using the UAT Test Scenario Execution Log and emailing the updated log once a week on Friday to the CALPADS UAT Service Desk account
Please include the following in the title of the email:– “Execution Log 2011MMDD for XXXX ”– Where MM is and month submitted and DD is the day
submitted and XXXX the name of your LEA– This Fridays Execution Log submittal should be titled as
follows: “Execution Log 20110309 for Palo Alto Unified”

Reporting Problems to the Service Desk LEA UAT participants should report all problems (potential defects, issues) as they are
identified by emailing the UAT email account:– [email protected]
NOTE: DO NOT report UAT problems through the CALPADS webform When reporting a PROBLEM include the following in your email:
– Subject– Your name– Phone number– Bread crumb– Describe what you were doing, what you expected from the system, and what happened
