1. In the portal www.bescom.co.in, click on New Connection under Apply online

2. Select Application type as HT/LT as required, fill in all the details in the form and click on continue.

3. Fill in all the required details like location details, requested load etc and click on continue

4. Enter the adjacent account id and other details and click on submit

5. Please note a confirmation message on the request with an Id, along with the amount to be paid as

registration fee which is mandatory

6. Upload the necessary document and click on upload button at the bottom of the page

7. Please ensure that the documents are uploaded which can be confirmed by a message saying uploaded

against each document and click on print form at the bottom of the page

8. on clicking print form a separate window will get open where in the form displayed has be extracted in pdf

format by selecting a format in the dropdown and save that new connection application form for future

references

9. Go back to the registration process and click on Pay registration amount at the bottom of the page

10. verify the amount and select the mode of payment and continue paying the amount by clicking on Pay

button

11. After the registration amount is paid, take a copy of acknowledgement of the same along with New

connection application form that was saved in step 8 and visit the Sub division for further process
