September 2003 – February 2004 Executive Assistant at TPJ Project of PT Argo Pantes, a textile company producing cotton yarns with 1,300
employees within Argo Manunggal Group. Temporary employment to assist an expatriate senior executive in developing a management tool
designed as Transformation & Protecting Jobs (TPJ). This is a management tool aimed to transform the company to world class level in order to be able competing in the global market, and protecting jobs of the employees.
