Project Target: To guarantee the reliability of the whole vehicle in 1,000,000km with reliability test within 1,000,000Km. (World-only vibration test stand for buses)

Industry: Not available in any other company, which can only make a 30,000-km road test in the test ground, leaving the majority of problems to be checked later in the market. The test criterion of Yutong demands an intensification of dozens of times more than the road test in the test ground.

Fatigue and Durability Test of Parts and Components

Project Target: To solve different chassis assembly problems such as noise, fatigue and vibration resistance.

6-freedom multi-spindle vibration stand can realize the 6-way-freedom vibration test, pure vibration test

and also the simulated road test. The stand can simulate various movements like up-down jumping,

horizontal movement, pitching, side-tipping and lateral swing.

Project Target: To test fatigue and durability of clutch, gear box, drive shaft and rear axle

This is an electric-lock test stand, which can simulate engine torture fluctuation and the real drive. It’s mainly used to measure and position the noise of the transmission system; to measure the operation performance of the gear box and the clutch; and, by imitating the real road condition, to test the stress state of the components of the transmission system, so as to make the matching test of the vehicle power.
