Eligibility Criteria
Education / Qualification Applicant should be graduate in any criteria.
Experience Applicant should be experienced of 1-5 years in the same industry.
Anyone who have worked in same industry can apply for bytecode
franchise.
Site Requirements 500 sq. feet – 1500 sq. feet carpet area.
Site should be owned or on a reasonable rental
1-10 computer – practical + 1 theory lab / room

Franchise Process
Step 1 : Pre Documentation Submission of application
Step 2 : Pre Documentation Review of application submitted.
Step 3 : Face to Face Interaction Meetings and Discussions about Franchise working Mode
Step 4 : Legal Formalities Sign the MOU Agreement / Final Approval

Terms and Conditions
Franchise Agreement Agreement should be of minimum 2 years and renewal is based on
mutual understandings or progress report, franchise renewal fee is
500$ after 2 years.
Royalty Royalty is charged as 25% and is based on the final(total) gross income.
Franchise Fee Franchise fee is 5000$ USD for master (exclusive) franchise and 3000$ USD
for Normal Retail Franchise.
In Case of master franchise Byte code won’t approach another
franchise in same area.
Miscellaneous Activity Franchise will not indulge any kind of malicious activities. If Found
Franchise will be canceled without any prior notice.
