13. Inhalt: The lectures and exercises cover the following topics:

Construction Managment, Cost Calculation of Construction, Proceduresof Cost Estimation, Tendering Procedure, International Contracts,Contractual Conditions, FIDIC Contract Conditions, SchedulingTechniques, Bar Chart, Network Planning

Including excercises and an holistic case study project regarding theTendering, Contracting and Execution process of a realistic Waste Watertreatment plant.

The case study will be discussed in class. Assignments regarding thecase study project have to be prepared by the students and presentedafter submittal.
