1 Resetting NSCC HPC User Password To reset NSCC HPC User Password, go to https://user.nscc.sg/saml and click on ‘Login’.
You will be directed to Singaren Federated Identity Management (FIM) page. Select the organization you belong to from the dropdown menu and click ‘Select’.
You will then be directed to your own organization authentication page. Enter your user id and password for verification.

Once you have been authenticated by your own authentication, you will be able to reset your NSCC HPC User password.
Click “Reset Password” to reset your password.

Enter your new password and click “Set Password”. You can now use your NSCC HPC User ID with your new Password to logon to NSCC login nodes.
