Internet access is available at the meeting rooms and the lobby area on the second floor (24h).

Refreshment and lunch

Refreshment is prepared at approx. 9:00 and 15:00 everyday.

Lunch is prepared as follows:– 3/3(Mon.) and 3/4(Tue.)

• 15 people at room “Kiri” @ Apical Inn

• Others at SAINTMARC near Apical Inn

– 3/5(Wed.) , 3/6(Thur.) and 3/7(Fri.)• …..not decided yet. Looking for nice Japanese food

Invitation to welcome reception

Welcome reception is planned at YUMIYA in Apical Inn at 18:00 on Monday.

Dinner in Gion

Another dinner is planned in Gion, which is one of the best night spots in Kyoto, on Thursday.

Return your key at the front desk during day time. (for house keeping)

Need to lock the door of your room manually. (no auto-lock!)

Need to book breakfast before 8:00 p.m. (not included in the room charge!)

Apical Inn is CLOSED at 24:00!!
