This is only one exercise that covers entire body While doing Surya Namaskara in the early morning or evening (during sun set) if one sees the sun ( RED)for about 5 to 10 minutesneed of spectacles might not arise 12 preferably 24 namaskara morning and evening if done properly is sufficientto remain in good health totally
