Oracle has more than 400 independent user groups and each time they acquire another product there are more.
They can’t speak to them all together so they have created 3 communities;EOUC and APOUC to service all users groups in the EMEA and Asia Pacific regions and the IOUC to bring everyone together.
Within the IOUC there are committees that deal with challenges that are faced globally by users groups.
The product Development Committee was set up initially to be the single channel between Users Groups and Oracle for Fusion Applications but soon rose to the challenge of all Product Development.
