Many industrial processes involving flammable materials such as solvents and powders need to control electrostatic charging and electrostatic discharges as part of the overall strategy for avoiding fire and explosion hazards. Shocks to personnel are also a nearly ubiquitous nuisance in many industrial, office, retail and other situations. And yet to many, the whole area of static electricity remains a mystery!

Exhibition and Seminar

Exhibition of static control equipment and services

Electrostat-Ex 2013

The exhibition of static control equipment and services will be held alongside the seminar on the 11 December 2013. Companies within this field will have the unique opportunity to meet and interact with managers, engineers and scientists for whom static electricity is or could be a real problem or even a hazard. Participants will be attending the seminar to learn about current published guidance in the area and will be interested in some or all of the invited exhibitors’ products.

Why exhibit?• demonstrate the range and quality of your products and

services to a specialised audience;

• maximise your exposure and connect with industry representatives;

• establish your company within the scientific community;

• target new customers and build existing relationships.

Exhibition package The exhibition will be located with refreshments and lunch in the Schiphol Suite. The Schiphol Suite is located next to the seminar room (John F Kennedy Suite).

The exhibition package includes:

• allocated exhibition space;

• two complimentary passes to the seminar;
