    Switched shunts which control voltage to a band can oscillate due to: Multiple devices electrically close to each other

    New solution parameter SWVBND specifies the percentage (population) of

    such switched shunts whose controlled voltage is outside of the desiredvoltage band which can be adjusted on any single adjustment cycle.
