About us

Once a small enterprise, which started with 3 employees and 4 old machines in 1997, STEVILA has grown into a group of companies with more than 230 employees, 95 modern CNC-machines and subsidiaries in Germany and Poland. The successful business strategy enabled the company to become one of the mechanical tooling leaders in Lithuania and the Baltic States.

STEVILA is structured to three production divisions: CNC turning, CNC mill-ing and assembly. The success factors of the company include good price and high quality of the products. What is more, the success lies in its flex-ibility, service, immediate relations with the customers, good knowledge of their needs, and outstanding partnership relations. 95% of the output is exported to Germany, Switzerland, Denmark, the Netherlands and Austria. The key customers and partners of the company include more than 60 in-ternational companies operating in the medicine, printing machine, rail-way, automation, vehicle and other industries.

From the very start of STEVILA operations, the priority strategies of the company included employment of the state-of-the-art technologies, tools, and equipment and the implementation of new production plan-ning methods. In 2001, STEVILA was the first in Lithuania to implement a western computer-aided production planning system which secured high product quality parameters and further growth of the company. Since 2012 Stevila works with the “Toyota Production System”.

In cooperation with its partners and subsidiaries FORMOSA CNC, CNC SERVISAS, ITMECHA, along with the production services the company also sells production equipment, computer-aided production planning systems, and provides maintenance service of the machines and systems.

In 2005 the company was awarded the title of the most innovative com-pany of Marijampole region among the medium-sized enterprises. STEVILA has also won German economy award for its merits in developing business relations between Lithuania and Germany. In the years 2011-2015 Stevila was honored with various suppliers awards by its German customers. Today Stevila is valued as the preferred supplier by most of them.
