CONSTRUCTIONFlooring and Frame

All of our frames are powder coated to protect them from rust and the elements. Outriggers are used to bolt the floor to the frame, allowing the base of the coach to be as solid as possible. Large I-beams are used for each unit. Every unit is specifically engineered for each individual unit ensuring strength and usability. In addition, a process called cambering is used to ensure the frame will not sag in the front or the back.

All of our fresh water and waste water tanks are roto molded for each unit. This means that each tank is put in a mold and spun to produce a seamless tank with equal thickness throughout. This means stronger and better balanced tank for less wear and tear and better towability.

We start our floors with floor joists at 16” or less on center with max strength fiberglass insulation filling

the cavity. We cover this with 5/8” tongue and groove plywood to ensure the best strength. We then wrap all of this (front, back, and sides) with

Darco weather resistant underbelly material. This is done to give full water protection to all sides of the trailer up to the sidewalls. This is far better than the oriented strand board typically used.

High grade linoleum floor is adhered to the topside of the plywood, then the whole floor is bolted to the outriggers. Darco underbelly being wrapped over the top of the floor with the linoleum over it gives the plywood floor the most protection from moisture from top, bottom and all sides.

CONSTRUCTIONSidewalls

Arctic Wolf uses a full cage aluminum frame in its fully laminated walls. This is much better than the competition that uses minimal framing to save money on every coach.

Each laminated wall is laminated in house not at an offsite lamination facility. This ensures that each wall has the proper cure time and isn’t exposed to the elements helping to reduce the likelihood of delamination. In addition, we use high density block foam insulation and enhanced fiberglass high gloss skin allowing for great insulation and high quality strength. Each wall is custom bracketed and secured to the roof and floor making sure that the coach is securely fastened to the strong foundation we have created.

All water lines use flair-it fittings with Pex plumbing. These are widely considered the best in the industry. Every unit

is equipped with a standard water heater by-pass kit, not as an option like on other units.

Is this overkill? We at Arctic Wolf believe that the best way to build a trailer is to construct our product the way we would want it as a customer. We don’t believe that cutting corners by saving money on floors, roofs, and sidewall building materials is in the customers best interest.

CONSTRUCTIONRoof

Arctic Wolf uses 16” on center bowtruss rafters with a 3/8” walkable roof. We fill the cavity with industry leading fiberglass insulation and run fully ducted A/C the length of the coach.

The roof comes with a 12 year parts warranty and in addition comes with a 5 year labor warranty unlike other brands. We at Arctic Wolf know that solid roof construction will ensure a coaches longevity and resale value.

Slide RoomsEach Arctic Wolf slide out room is specifically engineered for that exact coach. They are assembled with the same care and attention to detail as the rest of the coach to ensure the best sealing and highest quality.

With our unique engineering we can make sure that to the top of the A/C your Arctic Wolf is under 12’ in total height allowing you to use a standard 12’ door and not have to sacrifice interior living height.
