It is a violation of Federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling. This label must be in the possession of the user at the time of pesticide application. Follow all applicable directions, restrictions, Worker Protection Standard requirements, and precautions on the EPA registered label.

This label for ADMIRE® PRO Systemic Protectant expires and must not be distributed or used in accordance with this

SLN registration after December 31, 2019.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE Cranberry

Post-Harvest or Dormant Spray: Apply specified rate of ADMIRE PRO to moist soil in one of the following methods: 1. As a broadcast soil spray (ground application only) or spot-spray directed to the infested bed area using a minimum of 20 gal of water

per acre followed immediately by 0.1 to 0.3 inches of rain or irrigation water.

2. As a chemigation application, apply 0.20-0.25 inches of water over the area to be treated. Excessive water may reduce efficacy. Allow time for all lines to flush the pesticide through all nozzles before turning off irrigation water. It is recommended that injection of this product takes place at the bog to be treated (e.g. at satellite injection point on the submain or irrigation lateral).

Application off-site is prohibited. The chemigation application must be continuously observed whenever sensitive areas as defined in WAC 16-202-1002(44) (including but not limited to schools, parks, dwellings, occupied buildings or structures, public roadways, and waters of the state) are at risk of being exposed to drift, runoff, or overspray.

Nozzle guards or partial turn nozzles should be installed to prevent overspray of the bog drainage system. Follow Best Management Practices (e.g. crib and cover) to minimize entry of this pesticide from entering cranberry bog drains and ditches.

The operator must be able to demonstrate that backflow cannot occur. Alternative technology, such as the barometric pipe loop, is acceptable for backflow prevention (WAC 16-202-1013(2)).

The chemigation application tank cannot be placed within 20 feet of the wellhead or other sensitive areas. Mixing or loading activities cannot occur within 20 feet of the wellhead or other sensitive areas (WAC 16-202-1008[1]).

WSDA Chemigation Rules (WAC 16-202-1001 through WAC 16-202-1024), and information on USEPA Authorized Alternative Chemigation Safety Equipment, Distribution Uniformity and other chemigation topics are available on the WSDA website (http://agr.wa.gov/PestFert/ChemFert/default.aspx).

For best control of black vine weevil, application timing should target the larval stages and should be made when crop is dormant (November 1 to March 1). If needed, a second application of ADMIRE PRO may be applied post-bloom.

RESTRICTIONS/PRECAUTIONS:

This product is highly toxic to bees exposed to direct treatment or residues on blooming crops or weeds. Do not apply this product or allow it to drift to blooming crops or weeds if bees are foraging the treatment area.

Do not apply within 30 days of harvest.

Do not apply more than a total of 0.5 lb active ingredient (14 fluid ounces) of Admire PRO per acre per season as a soil or chemigation application.

Do not apply more than two applications of ADMIRE PRO per acre per year.

No-Spray Zone Requirements for Soil / Foliar Applications - Do not apply by ground within 25 feet of permanent streams, marshes or natural ponds; estuaries or commercial fish farm ponds.

WSDA Aquatic Advisory: This pesticide is toxic to wildlife and highly toxic to aquatic invertebrates. Admire PRO Systemic Protectant should not be used under this SLN label where impact on listed threatened or endangered species is likely. You may refer to the WSDA Endangered Species Program web site at http://agr.wa.gov/PestFert/NatResources/EndangSpecies.aspx., or contact the Washington Department of Fish & Wildlife, National Marine Fisheries Service (NOAA Fisheries) or US Fish & Wildlife Service for information regarding aquatic species listed as threatened or endangered. Consult the federal label for additional restrictions and precautions to protect aquatic organisms.

NOTE: ADMIRE PRO has not been tested for crop response in tank mixes with other registered cranberry fungicides or insecticides. If tank mixing is desired, premix a sample of the ADMIRE PRO and the desired fungicide or insecticide partner at labeled rates and apply to a small area. Evaluate crop response within 48 hours and for at least two weeks prior to utilizing the tank mix on larger acreage. If crop injury results from the premix test, do not apply the tank mix to larger acreage. NOTE: Follow these and all other Use Directions and Precautions on the package label.

CONTAINER DISPOSAL GUIDANCE: Pesticide containers must be properly cleaned prior to disposal. The best time to clean empty pesticide containers is during mixing and loading, because residue can be difficult to remove after it dries. Triple rinse (or pressure rinse) the pesticide container, empty all pesticide rinse water into the spray tank, and apply to a labeled crop or site. Recycling cleaned containers is the best method of container disposal. Information regarding the recycling of empty and cleaned plastic pesticide containers in Washington is available on the internet from WSU at http://pep.wsu.edu/waste/wd.html or from WSDA at http://agr.wa.gov/PestFert/Pesticides/WastePesticide.aspx.

Cleaned containers may also be disposed of in a sanitary landfill, if permitted by the county. Burning is not a legal method of container disposal in Washington.
