    its a great article .i followed it for a month and gained 4 kgs though my exercise routine was different.for those

    who want to gain weight or those who find difficult mus t lift heavy weight with proper form and eat 3 heavy mealsand in between you can have eggs ,oats,yogurt,banana. i began eating 4 eggs in a day and later increased it to 8

    .once u start doing h eavy exercise i ts eas y to eat (gets boring after month)but increase in weight boosts your

    confidence . also i quit sm oking and result was much better .don't listen to other people .there opinion migh t

    demoralize you.its a slow proces s to build m uscle s o dont give up keep working hard and within week u m ay

    notice the difference .hope u all ppl find it helpful.(i chose to write here to tell those ppl who want togain weight

    that its not that difficult just that u need to be disciplined in ur s chedule)
