2010 OUA MEN’S HOCKEY CHAMPIONSHIP

GREETINGS FROM OUA

On behalf of Ontario University Athletics, it is my pleasure to welcome you to the 2010 Queen’s Cup hosted by Lakehead University.

Congratulations to the McGill Redmen and Lakehead Thunderwolves on a successful 2009-10 season and advancing to this weekend’s final.

Both teams have received a berth to the Canadian Interuniversity Sport Championship hosted by Lakehead University with the Queen’s Cup deciding the provincial champion.

An event like this would not be possible without the support of our sponsors. I would like to thank our presenting sponsor Harrow Sports, Pioneer Petroleums and Pizza Pizza.

Good luck to both teams this weekend and all the best to both schools during their quest on the national stage.

Dr. Lorne AdamsPresident, Ontario University Athletics
