The EBE award-winning feature documentary, ‘The Hidden Hand” examines the phenom-ena surrounding UFOs, Extra Terrestrials, alien abduction, and the U.S. secret military cover-up of supposed E.T. contact and back-engineering of alien technology. The film in-corporates interviews with military insiders like astronaut Dr. Edgar Mitchell, the sixth man to walk on the moon, and Col. John Alexander. It also interviews UFO experts like hypnotherapist, David Jacobs, and those who claim to have had actual E.T. contact. Nar-rative scenes are interspersed throughout the film to shape the concepts of the film from complimentary viewpoints, weaving a tapestry of fact and fiction into a new worldview that may be shocking and eye-opening for the viewer.

This unique documentary raises compelling questions and highlights a 15-year investi-gation by one of America’s leading and acclaimed private investigators William C. Dear, along with a team of internationally recognized scientific and medical experts in their fields. Each expert has come to the same, independent conclusion.

The documentary includes references to key communication between the LAPD and agen-cies responsible for the original trial and lead investigator Dear, making viewers wonder: why was the overlooked suspect we have identified not more vigorously pursued? Was there a coverup?

We have distilled over 5,000 hours of detailed research and investigation into a thought- provoking, viewer-friendly documentary that will empower the public to decide what they feel about the biggest murder trial of the 20th century.

INOCENTE is a personal and vibrant coming-of-age story about a young artist’s determi-nation never to surrender to the bleakness of her surroundings. At 15, Inocente refuses to let her dream of becoming an artist be caged by being an undocumented immigrant forced to live homeless for the last nine years. Color is her personal revolution and its sweep on her canvases creates a world that looks nothing like her own dark past. INOCENTE is both a timeless story about the transformative power of art and a timely snapshot of the new face of homelessness in America: children. The challenges are staggering, but the hope in her story proves that her circumstance do not define her, her dreams do.

In the 1970s and 80s, hundreds of thousands of senior citizens migrated from New York City to Kings Point, a typical retirement community in Florida. Lured by blue skies, sun-shine, palm trees, and the promise of a rich social life, they bought their way to paradise with a $1,500 down payment. Now, as an aging community faces its own mortality, para-dise has begun to exact a higher price. Through the experiences of five longtime residents, ‘Kings Point’ captures both the allure and the darker complexities of living in a world where “nobody gets too close.” Poignant, funny and dark, ‘Kings Point’ is an empathetic portrait of the last act of the American dream.

Through interviews with train conductors and locomotive engineers, this documentary highlights a different side of the fatalities that occur almost every day on the nation’s rail-roads. Most employees that have worked for a few years on the railroads have experienced at least one critical incident. For an engineer that operates the train, that often means watching another human being in their last seconds of life - a front view ticket to something terrible but unstoppable. For a conductor, it means walking back after the incident to see what was actually hit. This is not your average nine-to-five job.

LE SAC DE FARINE (BAG OF FLOUR) U.S. PREMIEREDirected by Kadija LeclereAlsemberg, December 1975, 8-year-old Sarah lives in a Catholic foyer. One day, her biological father, whom she has never met before, comes to take her for a weekend in Paris. But it is in Morocco that Sarah wakes up, in a little town in the middle of the Atlas Mountains. Very soon, her father leaves, abandoning her without any explana-tion. Sarah then slips into the life of a little Moroccan girl where the only schooling she is offered is ‘knitting.’ Nine years later, we find Sarah, now a 17-year-old teenager like all the others... or almost. The year is 1984, in the middle of a hunger revolt (The Re-volt of ‘Aw- bach’). Sarah’s father has never sent the money he promised to send, and for the family where she is staying, each mouth to feed accounts for more and more. Sarah now has to find a way to earn her room and board. And then, there’s Nari, that beau-tiful politically engaged student. But then, there is also her wish of leaving, to go back to Belgium of her childhood, the school, the books and a life that Sarah imagines free.92 min, Belgium/Morocco – FEATURE
