Please note that tomorrow it would not be possible for me to be
at 10.30
am to attend the mentioning due to listing of an early matter in
High
Court. You are therefore requested not to mention it tomorrow. I
commit
to be there day after. I am assuring you that in between that is
till day
after my clients would not be taking any advantage of the
changed order
i.e. order dated 13.04.2016. I hope you would show the
professional
courtesy to not insist for mentioning in my absence despite this
request
letter to you.

Dear Ms. Bhati,
I cannot come in the way of your mentioning the matter, but I am
sorry
to say the contents of the letter are incorrect and on face of
the
proceedings.
As a matter of proceeding, not only the Hon'ble Court
specifically passed
the order that the petitioners are at liberty to file a suit for
'appropriate
relief', but also when Dr. Singhvi for confirmation asked the
Hon'ble
Court that exactly what order the Hon'ble Court has passed,
Hon'ble
Justice Gowda (on behalf of the Bench) responded that we
have granted
liberty to file a suit for 'appropriate relief'. In view of
this, the order was
corrected appropriately.
