You are invited to participate in the Community Child Care Association’s (CCC) Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) State Conference as a Sponsor or Exhibitor. Community Child Care Association (CCC) is proud of our long history of strong advocacy for the Outside School Hours Care sector and the recognition we have earned through our delivery of a range of high level resources, training and professional development, supporting quality and growth in the OSHC sector in Victoria. CCC’s OSHC Conference will have delegates coming together in one location, traveling from all parts of Victoria & interstate to learn, discover, purchase and explore new ideas for their services. This makes the Conference an excellent opportunity to promote new products and/or services. The conference will be open to all school age educators in Victoria from across OSHC services and interstate guests will be invited too. The theme for the Conference is ‘Learning through Play & Leisure” and will attract over 200 School Age Care professionals. Community Child Care Association (CCC) was established in 1971 and is a membership based, independent non-profit organisation. We are the peak body for OSHC services in Victoria and have been the leading agency advocating and supporting the OSHC sector for over 30 years. We are the Victorian branch of the National Out of School Hours Care Services Association (NOSHSA). Our guiding principles Collaboration

Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) Services operate in schools and other venues across the state, offering Before School, After School and Vacation Care to school age children and their families. The advertising brochure for the conference will be sent to over 1,200 OSHC services throughout Victoria. We anticipate up to 200 Outside School Hours Care educators, sponsors, team leaders and Local Government Representatives to attend over the two day period. The TRADERS EXPO will be operated on Friday 13th May & Saturday 14th May (Participant viewing times will be 10:50am to 11:10am and 1:00pm to 2:10pm). The EXPO provides you with a unique opportunity to showcase your products and services to the Outside School Hours Care sector. Please advise if a powered
site is required as power boards and extension cords are not provided. The other opportunity available is placing advertising materials in the participant packs. All conference participants will be given a conference pack full of products and advertising materials. Materials must be no more than 200g or larger than A4.

Registration deposit of 50% is required to secure your sponsorship and/or advertising package. A tax invoice for payment will be issued on receipt of registration form. Final payment is due no later than the 12th April 2016. Confirmation letters will be sent upon receipt of the 50% deposit.
