António Zambujo é um dos nomes incontornáveis da música portugue-sa atual, na medida em que soube construir uma identidade própria que lhe tem valido reconhecimento, somando salas esgotadas, dentro e fora de Portugal, e vários prémios. O seu percurso musical está traçado de forma distinta entre o Fado e o Cante Alentejano, num estilo único.

António Zambujo is a household name of the current Portuguese music scene in the sense that he was able to create his own identity, which has brought him recogni-tion, selling out theatres in Portugal and abroad and receiving various awards. His career path was traced between Fado and Cante Alenteja-no with a unique style.

The name is ‘Luz’ and it’s Cuca Roseta’s new record. An exciting record which shows the fado singer’s very own talent and voice. Cuca Roseta’s Light (‘Luz’) can be easily seen as a beacon lighting her path, an inside light whi-ch brings enough comfort and safety to turn this album into a new mo-ment of revelation, the one that takes her music the furthest so far.

The sea as an element of enchantment, fear, alienation, meeting with our thoughts, and other emotions. The artist draws an analogy between the sea and the human mind, as the place where we get lost, but where we can find ourselves.

A Ballet Story tem como ponto de partida o ballet Zephyrtine, de David Chesky. No entanto, não se trata da representação teatral ou da ilustração da história original – o exercício foi de abstração e partiu do movimento dos corpos no espaço em articulação com a música. Não há contos de fadas, nem elementos do maravilhoso ou do fantástico. A moral é outra, o desenlace, diferente.

A Ballet Story

A Ballet Story was inspired by David Chesky’s Zephyrtine. However, it is not a theatrical representation, nor a depiction of the original story – it comes from an abstraction exercise and was inspired by the movement of the bodies in space together with the music. There are no fairy tales, nor fantastic, supernatural elements. It contains another moral, a different ending.

FIESA is the greatest sand sculptu-re exhibition ever to take place, in Sand City, Pêra, since 2003, attrac-ting thousands of visitors every year. The festival features sand sculptors from various countries who experiment with the different sand sculpting techniques, produ-cing original pieces which stand out for their magnitude, technique and aesthetics.
