HOW TO CUT TWILL AND FASHION FABRIC WITH A PLOTTER

Step 2: Cut in a positive image onto the fabric side, not in a mirror image.Cut to the liner as a kiss cut, not completely through the liner.

Step 3: Weed away the image.

Step 1: Use the PSA permanent backed twill or fashion fabric.Load the material into the cutter, fabric side up. Use a 60 degree blade.Use downward force of about 120 grams.

Step 4: Fabrics cut with a plotter knife can possibly fray. Generally, it is a minimal amount and with thinner fabrics it is not an issue.If fraying is a concern, it is possible to overlay on top of the fabric with non fray material. Kwik Cut Glitter, Film, or Flock work well. You oversize the artwork of the overlay material so it will capture the edge. This also serves to inish off the design.

Step 5: To make easy, one press designs, simply pick the bottom color layer of twill and place it onto the sticky side of the top color layer.

TIP: Connecting the artwork on the top and bottom layers will save time in placement and heat application. Note how the red chevron is connected so it is one piece and doesn’t need heat transfer tape. The black glitter is slightly oversized to capture the fabric edges.

FINAL TIP: The design can be heat pressed to the garment. Pre heat the garment for 5 sec at 340 degrees. Remove any plastic liner from red chevron, then place the design on the garment, add the glitter over the red chevron, and cover with a Telon sheet. Press for 15 seconds at 340 degrees. Clean the Telon after each use.

only be used as a top layer or inlayed.

TwillUSA guarantees to replace any item that is defective in material and/or workmanship within 30 days of delivery. We limit our liability to the value of TwillUSA’s products only. This shall be TwillUSA’s only responsibility for errors or defects in goods or late shipments and/or deliveries. This is the only warranty, there are no others, expressed, or implied.

We cannot be held responsible for products which have been laundered with soaps containing bleach or harsh detergents with bleach, or bleach particles. Please read carefully all laundering and application instructions that come with your products.

We ship orders quickly therefore order cancellations may not be possible. To ensure the best delivery time please double check your orders before placing them.

We regret that sometimes a back order may occur. We apologize for this and do everything we can to ensure it does not happen. In the event that a back order does happen you will be notiied to the alternatives that are available to you.

Accounts with returned checks are subject to a $35.00 per check service charge along with any other bank charges.

Orders placed by a company that are past due on payment or with credit problems may be delayed.

1) Any major Credit Card. Declined credit cards are not guaranteed to ship same day. We are not responsible for any delays due to declined credit card. 2) TwillUSA’s Net 30 Credit application and approval, NO COD’S.

A request for Return Authorization must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. Returns can only be accepted with a Return Authorization Number issued by an authorized representative of TwillUSA. RA numbers are valid for 30 days from the date issued. All returned merchandise should be in its original condition. Products returned without a Return Authorization Number will not be processed for credit. Based on the nature of the return, some requests for returns may only be accommodated with a 20% restocking fee.

Damage due to freight carrier must be brought to the attention of TwillUSA immediately. Proper claims will be iled with the shipping carrier, and processed by them. If necessary, products must be returned to TwillUSA, in the original packaging, no later than 30 days of the issued invoice. The claim will be evaluated and refunded.

Custom or Non-Stock Items cannot be returned because these items were made speciically for you. These items include Custom Designs, items cut from non-stocked colors, odd styles or fabrics.NOTE: Please review your proof thoroughly. Once your signa-ture is received, indicating your proof is correct, the order will be non-refundable/non-returnable.

Roll goods or yardage can be returned , damage free, prepaid freight, with a 20% restocking fee within 30 days of purchase.

TwillUSA may ship your order in separate packages. TwillUSA cannot accept any liability for the failure of any carrier used to fulill a promised delivery date. Not all products are available at both warehouses. It is our discretion which warehouse the product will be shipped from. Any delivery time quoted is based on estimated time of shipment using our stated carriers. Actual shipment dates can vary.

Handling Fees: There is a $2.00 per box charge for handling, not to exceed $5.00 per order.

Shipping Methods: UPS - Next Day, 2 Day, “3 Day Select”, Ground. Saturday Delivery available upon request.Other shipping methods may be available if requested.
