Even your cargo gets personal space

Your gear deserves better. And that’s what the Forester

intends to deliver, with up to 76.1 cubic feet of cargo

space,4 raised roof rails5 and an extra-wide rear gate

opening. For simplified loading access, the power rear

gate5 opens, closes and now locks with just the touch

of a button. And to bring your longer items, simply

adjust the 60/40-split flat-folding rear seats, and

watch the Forester adapt.

standard Subaru Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive and an

updated SUBARU BOXER® engine, now with direct

that helps reduce distracted driving for both new and

experienced drivers5. Working with EyeSight®2, the

DriverFocus system is like having an attentive co-pilot

along for the ride, ready to give a helpful alert if a driver

becomes distracted or drowsy. For added convenience,

DriverFocus can also recognize up to five different

drivers and remember their preferences, including seat

position, climate controls and outside mirrors.

The Forester now features standard LED headlights to help with

visibility in different driving conditions. You can also add Steering

Responsive Headlights (SRH),5 which can help you see better around
