    Froebel blocks- are a range of educational materials designed by Friedrich Frbel.Used in Kindergarten educational range and utilized by FLW. He states they playingwith these were directly related to him understanding shapes and geometry.

    Prairie Style Homes- works of the Prairie School architects are usually marked byhorizontal lines, flat or hipped roofs with broad overhangingeaves, windows groupedin horizontal bands, integration with the landscape, solid construction, craftsmanship,and discipline in the use of ornament. Horizontal lines were thought to evoke andrelate to the native prairie landscape. (FLW)
