DESCRIPTION
With the end of November comes the most vibrant and powerful street marches of our times. The Delhi Queer Pride Parade, to honour the LGBT community, is around the corner with a bigger and better plan. Like every year, there will be young crowd on the streets with celebrations and placards of demands for their rights. But the agenda doesn’t end there. The organisers along with the supporters will appeal to the Supreme Court to reconsider the ruling making homosexuality a criminal offence, setting aside the 2009 judgment given by the Delhi High Court.
