Prep Work: Print the recording sheet “I Can Write 100 Letters”. Optional: Print and laminate the letter reference pages. Print, cut, and laminate the spinner. Students will need a paperclip and a pencil to make a spinner.

Directions: Students will write 100 uppercase and/or lowercase letters on their paper. Optional: Students can spin the spinner to determine what color to write the letters. You can have students change color for every letter or every row.

Prep Work: Print, cut, and laminate word cards, and “I Can” poster. Print the recording sheet “100th Day Write the Room”.

Directions: Place cards in various spots around the room. Students will walk around the room to find the cards. As students find the cards, they will match the picture on the card to the picture on their paper and record the word.

Prep Work: Print, cut, and laminate the activity cards. Print and laminate the “I Can” visual directions page. Print the recording sheet “100th Day Sentences”. Note: There are two recording sheet options included.

Directions: Students will sort the cards by picture and put the sentence in order. They will record their sentence on the paper and color the picture.

Prep Work: Print, laminate, and cut the color coded number cards. Print the recording sheet “Mystery Pictures”. Note: The green and purple cards are optionaland do not affect the outcome of the puzzle. If you only have a short amount of time, you can use only the blue, red, and yellow cards.

Directions: Students will select a card and find the number on their paper. They will color the number square to match the background of the card.

Prep Work: Print and laminate the hundreds chart activity mats. Print the recording sheet “What’s Missing?”. Note: There are two options of recording sheets included so you can choose to use all three activity mats or just one at a time.

Directions: Students will match the picture on the hundreds chart to the picture on their paper. They will determine which number is missing and record it next to matching picture.

Prep Work: Print, cut, and laminate the activities cards and number line (if using). Print the recording sheet “Count by 10”.

Directions: There are ten hearts in each jar. Students will count by tens to determine how many hearts are on the card. They will record the number on their paper.
