The exhibition will run concurrently to the conference and there will be built in breaks for exhibits to be viewed.

Various Topics will be presented under each daily theme. Opportunities are available to become sponsors of
the individual presentations. The offer is to financially support the topics that are of the most interest to the
sponsor. The benefits will include:
Acknowledgement of the sponsor in conference booklet
Company Branding in front of lecture room

Use of delegate list for one post conference mailing within six months after conference.

Delegates will get additional opportunities to network and share ideas during the coffee breaks throughout
the day. Breaks are available for sponsorship, which will afford companies the chance for additional
exposure. This package includes:

Student Grants US$750 + GCT per student
The Caribbean Institute of Nephrology would like to make sure that as many young upcoming medical,
nursing and pharmacy students and clinicians will be able to attend the conference, and as such will solicit
funding that will accommodate persons who will not otherwise be able to attend the conference. The
benefits of this package will include:
Company logo in the conference handbook announcing the names of the awardees of the grants and
with a 50 word description of company
Company logo on special web page on conference website, outlining the guidelines for applications
for the grants
One registration package, giving access to all conference lectures, a set of conference materials and

The conference organizers reserve the right to remove any of the services listed previously in this document
in the event that sufficient sponsorship is not received to cover the relevant costs.

Advertising Opportunities
Conference Handbook Advertising All delegates will receive a Conference Handbook which will contain all the information about the conference.
This will include speakers, program of activity and so on. Advertising opportunities will be available which will
afford companies high visibility throughout the conference as well as after the event. The handbook will be a 24
page full colour 8 1/2' X 11" piece and will be a keepsake – offering advertisers an opportunity to maximize on the
quantity and quality of their company's exposure. Distribution will be as follows:
500 copies to all delegates at the conference
PDF copy of the manual will be uploaded on the conference website for download up to six months after
the conference

Website Advertising
The Conference website will be heavily visited over a period of four months before the conference with
additional visits up to six months after the conference. We will be dedicating space for advertising of
related products and equipment. The audiences of course will all be persons interested in the care of
nephrology and hypertension, giving advertisers a much-targeted market. These visitors will log on for
registration and general information and will of course be interested in any new products related to the
field. Your products and services will be given a very a high profile in this dedicated target market based
on the following:
Your advertising will be featured on several pages of the site
You can choose from different sizes and prices to suit your needs.
While positioning will be on a first-come, first-serve basis, the number of advertisements
accepted will be limited in order to prevent clutter.
Advert Details
Adverts should not include audio
An active URL link must be supplied in the text of your advert.
All web-ready graphics are to be supplied by you; however design services are available for
an additional fee.
In addition to the above, companies will have the opportunity to place 30 seconds commercials during
breaks on a webcast of the conference proceedings which will be available after the conference for up to
six months. Visitors will be able to download presentations for a prescribed fee, which will be posted
later.
