    located in Arizona that was created bythe Colorado River.

    The canyon is 277 miles long

    The width ranges from 4 to 18 miles

    The depth is over one mile

    Although its not the steepest or longest

    canyon in the world, the GrandCanyon is recognized as a naturalwonder because of the overall scaleand size combined with the beautifullycolored landscape.
