I hereby certify that the entrant’s handicap conforms with the current EGA
Handicapping System or Standard Scratch Score and Handicapping Scheme of the Council of National Golf Unions or similar official handicapping system
adopted in the country from which the competitor has entered and that, to
the best of my knowledge, the entrant is an amateur golfer in accordance
with the Rules of Amateur Status as approved by R&A Rules Limited.
I agree to the Championship Conditions, conform, in every respect, with the
Rules of Amateur Status as approved by R&A Rules Limited and I declare that the handicap specified is my playing handicap at the date of entry.

In case of more than 120 entries, entries with the highest handicap will be
excluded. Unsuccessful entrance will be informed immediately after the closing date. They will be placed on a waiting list with the opportunity to
compete in case of subsequent withdrawals.
If, for any reason, a competitor is unable to participate, she has to
communicate this to the German Golf Association before April, 30th 2019.

A competitor who does not register until this date and time will be excluded from the championship. If a player is unable to register in person, a
registration by another person, via fax or e-mail will be accepted.

Dress Code:
60 Trolleys are available, foreign players are privileged. Please make your reservation in advance.
“Free of charge” at check in.
Golf bags can be stored at your own risk next to the clubhouse.
50 Lockers are available; keys will be handed out at the secretary’s office in the clubhouse.
Jeans are strictly prohibited. Shoes with soft spikes are mandatory.

Amateurs (ladies), which are members of a golf club that is a member of the
DGV or of the national association / federation / union of her country.

Modus of play
- Championship -
72 holes of stroke play (4 rounds)
Thursday, 1st Round 18 holes Friday, 2nd Round 18 holes
Saturday 3rd Round 18 holes Sunday 4th Round 18 holes
For the 4th round the players with the best 60 scores and ties over the first 54 holes will qualify.
Note to Players:
A mobile scoring application will be used in addition to a paper scorecard. To help in administrative matters, players are required to enter hole scores
using their own cell phones where a mobile scoring app will be provided.
If there is any discrepancy, the paper scorecard will be decisive.
A sudden death play-off will be used to determine the winner if there is a tie for first place. If a playoff involves more than two players, those other than
the winner will be deemed to have tied for second place regardless of their
scores in the play-off. Ties other than for first place will not be subject to play-offs.
The winning lady will be honoured as “German International Ladies Amateur
Champion, 2019”.
- Nations Cup -
Teams of two or three players, who entered the competition before closing date and have been named by their national association/federation/union
either in advance to the DGV office or during the practice day until 03:00 p.m. in the golf club, are eligible to play in the Nations Cup.
Each country may enter up to two teams.

The lowest two scores from each team will count each day. In the event of a tie the lowest team score of round 3 counts, thereafter the lowest individual
score of round 3, thereafter the non-considered score of player three of round 3, thereafter it will be decided by lot.

Conditions of competition:
The Championship is played in accordance with the Rules of Golf as
approved by the R & A and the Local Rules for the competition.
The “EGA-Vorgabensystem” (Handicap-System) and the general DGV - conditions of competition apply for the tournament.
In case of doubt the German version of all conditions is decisive.
The Committee reserves the right to amend the conditions.
