This former herb and flower growing opera-tion has 300,000 +/- square feet of greenhous-es and is located east of Watsonville, one of the best growing climates in the United States.
It has a large building with offices, a break room for employees, refrigerated coolers for storage and more.
The Conditional Use Permit and licenses from Santa Cruz County are pending, but the coun-ty does allow hemp growing and the site could be used for hemp now and transitioned to cannabis when the permits are fully obtained.
•A 9,250 SF packing shed can be divided among the renters and rented at $1 per SF.
• The Greenhouses include distributed irrigation water, with an automated vent system.
