A loaf of Bread

In modern civilization, a loaf of bread has been consumed by people without giving a second thought about the men and women involved, the hard work, and science behind the creation of this everyday staple.Gone are the days when every family baked their own bread and the event of “ Breaking Bread” was special. The Loaf which had its own individuality has been replaced by mass produced identical clones of the Master Loaf. Each sliced approximately to 10 mm thickness( Well most of them atleast)As a team, we will look at a modern day loaf of bread – Sourdough to be precise, as a medium for change, an event to celebrate and get together.
