To enrol into the programme, please contact our Member Help Desk from Monday to Saturday between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m.

u Green Points are calculated on the bill amount settled net of taxes, gratuities, amount settled

by any certicate or by redemption of Green Points.

u The certicates are non-replaceable and shall not be re-issued if lost, stolen, damaged or

otherwise destroyed. Under no circumstances shall any certicate be revalidated.

u Luxury Stay certicate is not applicable at ITC Grand Bharat and ITC Grand Goa. Please refer

to the certicate for details of the participating properties.

u Every Green Point is equivalent to ̀ 1.

u Club ITC Culinaire membership is available at ` 12,000 + applicable taxes. This includes a

primary and a spouse membership.

u Membership benets are not transferable and every membership is valid for 12 months from

the date of enrolling.

u The benets given in the certicates are accompanied by the terms of use given on the

reverse of the certicate.

u Employees of ITC and its subsidiary companies are not eligible to become members of Club

ITC Culinaire.

u Green Points may be instantly redeemed at all participating ITC Hotels, Welcomhotels and
