As a young technology-focused company, we pride ourselves on our shop drawing abilities. A mixture of experience, coupled with youth and energy. Our shop drawing process sets us apart from our competitors. We have experienced in-house draftspeople which improves accuracy, quality and lead time.

Our manufacturing facility is purpose-built to manufacture, store and deliver jobs of all sizes and complexity. Our steel casting tables have been designed by industry experts and have a reticulated heating system to accelerate and control curing, increasing strength and reducing the chance of damage during demould.

We offer an installation coordination service using qualified, experienced industry partners.

Founder & Technical Director

Guy leads the technical and planning side of the business. With a solid foundation in Civil Engineering, Guy loves providing solutions to ensure a quality product.

He focuses on ensuring effective communication with his clients when scheduling production and deliveries to ensure that there are no surprises.

Phil is passionate about offsite manufacturing, in particular Precast Concrete, due to its time and accuracy benefits for his clients.

He sees huge opportunities for the industry in offsite manufacturing and aims to be at the forefront of any developments in this space.

Paul AviataOperations Manager

Paul started as a precaster himself some 25 years ago and progressed through the ranks with two well known Auckland precasters. He prides himself on setting the bar in terms of Quality here at Precast HQ.

Mak brings a over 30 years of drafting experience to the Precast HQ team. He prides himself on his ability to collaborate with our client’s to understand tricky architectural or structural details.

Jameel started with Precast HQ in a Quality Assurance role using his Engineering background and through his aptitude and hardwork, has progressed through the ranks to utilise more of his Quantity Surveying skills.
