Emeralds Restaurant is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Section Waiter/Waitress to join our small team. The successful applicant will be a self-motivated team player who thrives on providing 5* customer service, holds excellent communication skills and is capable of working un-supervised. Experience required in the following areas:

- Ala Carte Service - Section Waitress/Waiter - Buffet Service - Cocktail/Bar Knowledge - Barista Skills - Cash reconciliation

Emeralds provide our guests with tropical buffet breakfasts, cafe style lunch options and casual, elegant, evening dining. This is a live on position and requires a minimum of 6 months commitment. Employees of Green Island will enjoy access to reef trips and other great Quicksilver products at heavily discounted rates. Several daily transfers to the mainland mean our staff are only 45 min away from Cairns and all it offers.
