de-eloped aro+nd the PSEs )ro+,ht in a ne3 era of econo*ical and Ed+cational
de-elop*ent2 After the i*ple*entation of ne3 econo*ic policy in >??>& "ndian PSEs
are facin, hi,h le-el of co*petition in prod+ct *ar4et as 3ell As la)or *ar4et2 "n orderto co*pete in li)erali8ed and open *ar4et scenario& "ndian PSEs need to i*pro-e
o-erall or,ani8ational effecti-eness and prod+cti-ity To ens+re co*petiti-e ed,e2 These
chan,es necessitate the need of trainin, and De-elop*ent of personnel in these PSEs2
