The Sposato“Shower” of Sound Since every Sposato speaker is

acoustically matched, you can mix and match speakers within the

Standard or Platinum line that matchyour room design. This creates an

optimum sound field for your listeningenjoyment and provides you with theultimate surround-sound experience.For example, in-ceiling home theater

speakers (A) with their geometric bezeldesign are positioned above the TV

to deliver directional foreground soundto the critical listening areas.

Symmetrical in-ceiling speakers (B)provide accurate rear sound

reproduction, and the Sposato in-wallsubwoofer (C) completes the

experience with low-frequency bassthat permeates the entire room.

The result is sound you feel,rather than merely listen to.

Cleaner SoundThe removable speaker covers comewith acoustically transparent backingthat reduces resonance without inter-fering with sound. Each cover can alsobe painted, providing a personalizedfinished appearance to suit any decor.

The Pure Sound of Sposato Speakers Versus Traditional Technology

Conventional ceiling-mount speakers simply don’t compare to Sposato speakers because they use a movable housing to allow the woofer to be oriented properly. This design creates steep angles andsurfaces (D) that both restrict distribution and cause reflections that compromise the quality of the overallsound. To allow adjustment, this complex housing also employs multiple moving parts (E) that are prone to vibration. In addition, undamped tweeters (F) can be a further source of distorted sound reflection.

Sposato in-ceiling home theater speakers use a unique geometric bezel (A) that allows the woofer to be directed at the proper area without unnecessary moving parts, ensuring a solid, vibration-freemount. The bezel also provides the optimal sloping angle to prevent unwanted reflections forunrestricted sound distribution. In addition, the pivoting tweeter (B) is backed with an Early ReflectionDamper (C) to absorb unwanted internal sound reflections.
