BSF CorporationRetail and Residential Project.

The BSF Corporation had previously selected a site for their retail venture. This site would include on the first floor clothing and homefurnishings retail, cafe space, and studio space for art and music lessons. Also in therear the offices and storage space would be located. On the second floor, the two studioapartments, two loft style apartments and alarge apartment for the owner and her mother would be placed. A business suite to be rented out would be located and accessible from the exterior. This project included pre-skematic work such as space planning, typical space layout, floor plan layout, concept development, and a programming document. The skematic work included computer drafted finished floor plans, rendered elevations and sections, and perspective drawings. General finishes and color selections were made, with the intention of respecting owner's request to preserve the design of the 60s and 70s era, of which their merchandise was inspired from.
