E-card - Create New Contacts

The girl will be asked to choose a contact to send an e-card. To Create new contacts, fill in the info on the screen. The e-card can be sent in English or Spanish. Click the plus “+” sign to add the contact.

“My Contacts” contains all contacts added. Click on the ‘hamburger menu’ represented by the 3 dots at the end of each contact to see options to edit or delete a contact. Girls also have the option of uploading all the girl’s contacts at once by using a simple excel file. (.csv format).

To add contacts from a file, click on the words “Import Contacts” and it will show how to upload according to instructions. To add contacts list to your computer, click on the word “Export” and a file (shown as GirlContacts.xlsx) will be downloaded to save to your desktop.

From the Dashboard, hover over the e-card link and click on “Send e-card”. Select the individual boxes at the end of the row, or click “Select All” to choose all contacts, and click “Next”.

E-card- Select delivery type – Direct Ship / Girl Delivery

All e-cards will contain the “Direct Ship” delivery option for customers to order and pay for cookies online. Those orders will be shipped directly from the bakery to the customer. Shipping & handling charges of $11.50 will apply for 1-12 boxes ordered. Click the box at the end of the row labeled “Girl Delivery” for only those contacts that you are able to deliver in person. Money is collected by you. Contacts marked for Girl Delivery will have BOTH Invites sent to either order cookies the “Direct Ship” method or “Girl Delivery” method. E-cards are multi-use and can be used to place multiple orders throughout the sale.

You can customize a personal message on both the English and Spanish version e-cards to be included with the invite. Place a check in the box preceding each section of the customization options that you would like to include with your e-cards. Each field is limited to 100 characters.

You will see a preview of your e-cards, complete with any customization that was added. E-cards for Direct Ship and Girl Delivery are shown on the left. E-cards for just Direct Ship are shown on the right. If you need to change the shipment option, click the “Back” button at the bottom of the screen to edit any changes to your e-card. If your e-cards are correct and ready to send, click ‘Send Now’.

E-card - View e-card orders

Hover over the e-card link and click on the “View Orders” tab from the e-card menu option. You will see each order placed via e-card and via the Smart Cookies Mobile app. The order grid shows the name of the customer and the order they placed. There is an indicator for whether or not the order has been paid (this is managed by the girl for girl delivery orders). You can see the order status of ordered, delivered or cancelled orders (also managed by the girl). You can print a report showing all orders received, including direct ship orders. Click the ‘hamburger menu’ on the far right (3 dots) of each order line to view and edit orders.

Once the girl is logged onto her Girl account in ABCsmartcookies.com, hover over the e-card link and click on the “e-card Tools” option on the e-card menu. My Video Link: Girls can create and share a personal video that can be sent with e-cards. My Smart Cookies Direct Ship Link: each girl is provided with a unique URL link that can be copied & pasted onto social media sources and in email messages. The link takes the customer to the Smart Cookies Direct Ship order page.
