• Last year - Over 47 million people traveled through the airport • This year - We will exceed last years total• By 2034 - Estimated over 66 million people to travel through Sea-Tac

• Passengers traveling through SEA-TAC Airport are encouraged to PLAN AHEAD and call their airlines

Arriving / DepartingPassengers arrive at the airport by:
• Public Transit • Curbside drop off / pick-up• Parking (in the parking garage)
Throughout the airport• Airlines are responsible for
assisting passengers from the check-in counters to the terminal
• The Port provide facilities and additional resources to make the experience easier
THE GAP
Public Transit – Link Light Rail• Free shuttle service between the station and
the entrance to the skybridges • Wheelchair service between the station to the
check-in counter and from baggage claim to the station
Public Transit – Buses• Airport routes are lift-equipped• Drop off / pick-up along the curb• Passengers are encouraged to contact Metro,
Sound Transit or the Ground Transportation Booth for additional information
ARRIVING / DEPARTING
Curbside Drop Off / Pick-up• Loading zones are marked with blue signs along the drive indicating the locations of the curb cuts• Curbside Services offered by some airlines, during peak periods• Future Curbside Improvement Project
Taxis• Offer wheelchair accessible vans• Taxis drop off on the arrivals/baggage level of the main terminal and depart from the 3rd floor of
the parking garage. However passengers can call to be picked up along the curb
Rental Cars• (2) passenger pick-up areas - outside baggage claim at the north and south ends of the main
terminal• Rental car companies rent vehicles equipped with hand controls at no additional charge.
Airporter/Hotel Shuttles• Passengers are encouraged to contact their ground transportation provider directly for information on
available lift-equipped van service• Many hotels have courtesy van shuttles that can pick up on the baggage claim level (lower drive) for
individuals with disabilities

Parking in the Parking Garage• ADA-designates parking spaces available:
General Parking (5th Floor), Terminal direct Parking (4th Floor), Over-height Vehicles (1st Floor)• Wheelchair service from the garage to the check-in counter and from baggage claim to the garage

Restrooms and Drinking Fountains• Most restrooms have larger stalls, grab bars and lower accessories• (Accessible) Family restrooms• Drinking fountains heights have been lowered
Nursing Mother’s Suites• The nursing suites (Mamava) are accessible for all passengers to use
Pet Relief• (2) locations outside the Main Terminal and (3) locations inside in the secured section of the terminal
Innovation Tools• Auditory Assistance and Vision Assistance • Interactive Map with accessible routes (next slide has more information)
Traveler Assistance• Pathfinders and volunteers available throughout the terminal
