SpeedModular classrooms can either be sourced from stock or manufactured to order. Foundations and building preparation can occur simultaneously, drastically reducing the build programme and the impact on the site and surrounding area. A faster process means your building can be installed and completed outside of term time to ensure minimal disruption.

The Wernick®

Hire standard classroom delivers

Rapid delivery, minimum disruption

Delivery and connection to utilities for a

75 square metre single classroom

equipped with a cloakroom, toilet and

store cupboard can be completed in less

than one week.

It can take as little as 10 weeks from

the date of delivery to site for a 600

square metre science block or nursery

wing to be completed, dependent on the

complexity of the project.

When your school faces unique challenges, our design team are able to put forward a bespoke proposal. We will produce initial designs and concepts to facilitate in-depth discussions which allow us to respond to your requirements and tailor your accommodation accordingly.

We will visit the proposed site to assess suitability and consider access in order to advise on the best solution for you.

Design and Project Planning

Once the suitability of the site is confirmed, your Account Manager will put forward a design proposal to meet your requirements. Once the final design is approved then delivery and install logistics will be arranged.

Site Clearance and Groundwork

We can undertake complete site clearance and ground works on your behalf prior to the installation of your building. This can include the removal of existing buildings, ground preparation, foundations, drainage and landscaping.

Buildings are delivered to site with specialist vehicles utilising an appropriate crane. Our staff are qualified to plan and supervise the lifting operations on your behalf, as well as to advise on road closures.

Installation

Modular buildings are assembled on site by our experienced team of installers. All the work is carried out under the direction of our appointed and qualified Contracts Managers.

Your Finished Building

Customer satisfaction from beginning to end is our number one priority. Your building will be personally handed over by a member of our contracts team.
