Achievements in the career path Provided support in National Tuberculosis Program grant management dashboard implementation: Provided inputs towards the master file configuration. Assisted in developing indicator definition, data elements in respect of programmatic, M&E and PSM indicator. Provided inputs to the indicator threshold level , data elements, dashboard user manual and assisted in the review of the final draft prior to approved by the Line Director. Worked closely with Ministry of Health & Family welfare (MOHFW) in Health System strengthening, interministrial coordination between government ministries and partners, institutional strengthening, capacity building, data management and HMIS. Where I supported “community clinic project” in ensuring monthly online report from 13000 sites – the lowest tire of health system. Provided support in the area of community mobilization and engagement that been recognized by WHO as best practice. Coordinated international Sexual Reproductive Health/HIV projects with multiple sources of funding (managed budget portfolios of maximum $20 million) including Europe Aid and Dutch foreign ministry Fund (BUZA). Supported in Branding Link Up – Bangladesh (Dutch Foreign Ministry Funded Project) that is Better Sexual and Reproductive Health & Rights for Young People Affected by HIV and to address GBV. Worked in a consultant team for UNFPA Bangladesh Country Office to design an evidence-based adolescent sexual reproductive health and rights and gender-based violence prevention project with an initial five year action plan. The final project proposal, document and budget that was presented to donors and a total of $6.5 million in funding secured for the project.
