Jumping JacksWith no equipmentnecessary, you can dojumping jacksanywhere at any time.
Jumping jacks workyour entire body whileincreasing your heartrate, building strengthand preventingosteoporosis.
Hula Hoop
Hula hooping raises yourheart rate, improvesbalance, and strengthensyour core.
Once you have ahoop, you can do itanywhere.
Traditional
Low Impact
Walk/Jog/RunEach of these activitiesraises your heart rate andprevents osteoporosis.
You need a pair of goodshoes and a safe spaceto get moving outside or atreadmill to getmoving inside.
CycleThis low-impact activity gets your heartpumping, strengthensyour legs, and is goodfor people of allfitness levels.
With the properequipment, you cancycle indoors oroutdoors.
