Candidates will critically explore a wide range of pedagogies, resources and supports related to teaching LGBTQ students. Ongoing critical examination of personal biases, privilege and the importance of allyship will constitute a significant element of this course as candidates engage in various learning experiences and reflect on new learning. In the spring 2018 session, ETFO-AQ is launching a new AQ course called Teaching LGBTQ Students. Candidates will critically explore a wide range of pedagogies, resources and supports related to teaching LGBTQ students.
