Chapter 1. Situation stock takeMy fellow sarcoidosis sufferer,My name is Danielle May and you have made the first step of avery important journey. You have just placed the first brick inpaving your road to health. And that is great, that means that you are definitely not one ofthose people that will keep a closed mind to alternatives, when thethings that are served to them over and over again for 50 yearssimply don't work. This report is going to give you a closer look at the reasoning andthe science behind the protocol, so that you can make an informeddecision on whether it is for you, because it really is not foreveryone. Why?Because it is not snake-oil-instant cure. And I want to make it clearthat I do not make such claims. It is a holistic protocol based onmany years of trial and error. This means that you will not pop apill, and be healthy tomorrow. It is carefully fashioned to becompletely safe, but it does take considerable effort and discipline.Dr Jani has worked with sarcoid patients all his life and me...wellfor the past 6 years I breathe, drink, eat and live sarcoidosis. Ihave been battling with this thing for years before finally finding mysalvation, and by that point my life was upside down, my boyfriendof 8 years was long gone and married to someone else, my jobwas gone and my parents were mortgagers. But when I look at itnow, I guess that was just my journey. I don't have myoid job atthe public library (that I hated anyway) and now I am a full timehealth and nutrition consultant which, I now realize, is what I'mmeant to be.

Also, this course of events is what brought me to this desk and towriting these lines and maybe help a couple of people. That mustbe how God wanted it.Let me share somethingAs I say even in the book, I cannot remember the details of my firstkiss or the first day of school. So many important things are justvague memories in the pockets of my brain. But nothing about theday that I was diagnosed with sarcoidosis is vague; I rememberevery little detail, color of the walls of my doctor's practice, thechair that I sat in, his red pen ... 1 remember thinking how thatparticular pair of glasses made him look a bit like Woody Allen ... 1remember it all..But enough about me, let's dig in...This report is not aimed to substitute the Resource Book. It willgive you an overview of the book so that you can make yourinformed decision.

Chapter 2. Digging inIf I had to summarize this protocol in a sentence I would say that itis based on facts about underlying triggers of sarcoidosis andtailored to eliminate them, aggressively amend the damage andthe devastation inside the body of a sarcoidosis sufferer and thenmake sure this thing does not come back.I'll share one of the most important things at the very beginning ofthis report; one of the corner stones of the protocol is a new-foundconnection between sarcoidosis and a chemical imbalance in thefollowing sequence:

    Gallbladder

    Digestive Enzymes

    Large, then small Intestine

    Lymphatic sacks (belly button area)

    Thoracic duct

If you read through the website before getting this report then you'llremember that I insist all the way through that in order to deal withthe condition one must first look at a small organ that might makeall the efforts futile if misbalanced. Well, there you go - it's thegallbladder - a small pear shaped organ attached to the undersideof the liver. It is where the problem might start and where it ends is 30 billiondead cells trapped inside our body daily and the hell ofsarcoidosis. What do I mean by imbalance? The complete sequence and how this imbalance has to beaddressed to avoid the triggering of sarcoidosis is described in theeBook and is beyond the scope of this report. Here, we'll say that itall starts with a disturbance in bile production.Bile is a yellow-brownish substance that plays a crucial role indigesting fats. It is also important in metabolizing protein properly. It is stored in the gallbladder and released into the duodenum (thefirst section of small intestine).

    bi.

    Picture 2: Basic stomach anatomy

The thing is, if the lymphatic sacks are not working properly 85-90% of the waste produce in our body daily can be trapped inside. This was one of the first things that I addressed in this book, andamong 3 of the most important.

This chemical sequence is also where the important answersabout the skin lesions lie.

Chapter 3. Sarcoidosis and the OrientYou might remember from the website the talk about sarcoidosisbeing so rare in the orient. And it is, it is almost non-existentexcept in Japan. So, why haven't the researchers looked into thisearlier is beyond me. It really is.Let me remind you of this little situation - for years and decades itwas a known fact that almost nobody ever dies from heartcondition in the Orient. And researchers looked away for such along time. Again - beyond me!The doctors were recommending acetylsalicylic acid (Aspirin) foryears when we had millions of people never having heart problemsand never taking an Aspirin in their lives. The moment we took a closer look at this simple fact, somethingmiraculous emerged - fish and Omega 3-fatty acids. They weren'thaving heart problems because they ate huge amounts of fish. Itwas that simple.Well, the same principle applies here. As he explained to me whileI was writing this book, Dr Jani worked closely with an herbal andnutrition expert from China Mr. Abe Hsieh. They worked on lookinginto what might be the "omega-3 fatty acids" of sarcoidosis. Inother words, what can do the same thing for sarcoidosis that thegood fatty acids does for the heart. After trial and error with food experiments (Dr Jani putting hispatients on Oriental diets) they turned to the herbs - teas that areevery day ceremonial thing in China. Before experimenting and trying, they looked into the attributes ofsome of the most common herbal teas used there. Threecandidates emerged:

1: Gan Cao 2: Bu Gu Zhi 3: Jie GenIn the trial 1 of these 3 plants showed amazing results insarcoidosis relief, with the other two merely improving overallcondition and health.Again, this is one of the important parts of the treatment plan in theAden protocol.

Chapter 4. Sarcoidosis and vitamin D

Yes, I can almost hear you saying that you heard all about the rolethat vitamin 0 play in sarcoidosis. And it does play a role, especially the active hormone of vitamin 0 - 1,25-0.But let us check what we really know about vitamin 0 insarcoidosis. You probably heard this - if you have sarcoidosis, youmust avoid sun exposure and cut out all vitamin 0, Right?Wrong. This is just the kind of doctrine that can be very dangerous andcause other serious health issues. So, let us set the record straight once and for all with that infamousvitamin 0:Fact 1: You must have your vitamin 0 levels under control, being ahealthy person or a sarkieFact 2: You must get your vitamin 0 levels down if you arehypersensitive or you produce more of itFact 3: Incidence of vitamin 0 hypersensitivity in sarcoidosispatients is greater then in healthy peopleFact 4: Without 1,25-0 there would be no granuloma formationwhatsoeverFact 5: Without 1,25-0 there would be no normal functioning ofour Parathyroid gland, Pancreas, Bone, Intestine, Kidneys, Heartand the BrainSo, be careful when you read any vague theories and half-truthsabout sarcoidosis and vitamin O. You can bring serious harm toyourself. So, what is it all about?

It's all about strategically combining the 5 facts above andfashioning a plan that will create an environment where themonocytes and leukocytes will stop growing into "giant cells".There is only one way to do it right, it involves some testing toassess the situation and it involves a thing called the Merckmaximum of vitamin D.On one end we have the bones dissolving back to our bloodstream(high levels of vitamin D) and on the other hand we have seriousdisturbances in the functioning of almost ever major organ (vitamino deficiency). Let's make sure that we don't get to one end tryingto avoid the other. This is also closely related to the calcium levels in our body.Only a controlled strategic approach gets you in the fast track toremission.

Chapter 5. Diet and sarcoidosisLet us dive right in on this one - it's all about the ph levels insideour bodies.A ph of 7 is neutral. Healthy ph range is 7.35-7.45. But this healthyrange does not really apply to a sarcoidosis sufferer. You will findthis to be the case with many things in sarcoidosis, wheresomething does the trick for healthy people it does almost nothingfor sarcoidosis patients and more potent solutions are needed. As a sarkie, at 7.36 you might think that the end of the world isnear and at 7.44 you might forget all about sarcoidosis. This maysound exaggerated, but the answer lies hidden in the scalesystem. On the pH scale, each number represents a tenfold difference fromadjacent numbers. For example, a liquid that has a pH of 6 is tentimes more acidic than a liquid that has a pH of 7. Most carbonatedsoft drinks have a pH of about 3, making them about ten thousandtimes more acidic than pure water. Please remember this the nexttime you think about drinking a can.Let me be open, the diet fashioned for the Aden protocol is noteasy, especially at the beginning stages where discomfort is evenexpected. That is, a mild discomfort known as the "healing crisis" whichresembles the symptoms of your common cold. However, it is an important step and well worth it. It goes withoutsaying that you would have to consult your practitioner that is theonly one with the information to assess whether a particularchange in your life regimen is safe. But, once you breathe free again, you'll forget your munchies. Andif you don't I'll share a secret of the fitness industry that is so

Chapter 6. Reactive oxygen species (ROS) and sarcoidosisThe Resource book gives comprehensive insight into the ways thatreactive oxygen species are much more dangerous for sarcoidosissufferer then for you regular person. On the other hand, all the anti-oxidants commonly used go rightthrough a sarcoidosis sufferer and do almost nothing. They are justpowerless faced with the kind of clutter that develops in a sarkie.By clutter I mean a vicious spiral of low antioxidants, high ROSand most importantly - inflammation. If you still have doubts aboutus being different this way, take a look at the table bellow (*8-isoprostane in the expired breath condensate is how oxidativestress is measured). These results are obtained from an officialstudy conducted in Greece and is publicly available and theChestJournal website.

    Levels of 8-isoprostane in healthy subjects (pgjml)from to16.06 25.44

Levels of 8-isoprostane in patients with inactive sarcoidosis (pgjml)from to22.94 29.99

    Levels of 8-isoprostane in sarcoidosis patients (pgjml)from to64.23 91.46

There is only one substance in nature that is proven to help withthis kind of oxidative stress levels in sarcoidosis. It starts with aQ ...And it will be your new best friend.

Chapter 7. Miraculous enzymeIf you are anything like me, you must be disgusted with the thingsyou learned about all the dead cells and the waste circling insidethe body of a sarcoidosis sufferer.30 billion dead cells may be left trapped inside depending on theseverity of the disturbance in the sequence of organs described inchapter 2. Can you imagine that?Instant relief

Here we will only mention that there is a procedure that can bedone 2-3 times in the first 10 days that will help you get rid of theclutter in your intestine and thus offer immediate relief. We will not get into that too much in the report but we will rathertalk about the dead cells that are in our bodies for so long now thatthey "found home" in our blood, in our tissue, in our lungs andpossibly other organs. That sounds terrible?Well it is if they are there to stay. Just imagine them piling up everyday. Does this explain some of the things that you have beenfeeling? My guess is it does.Chin up, it does not have to be permanent. Let me explain. The issue here is the fact that even dead tissue is "tissue" anddead cells are still a "cell" and physically speaking anything thatwould get rid of dead cells would be killing the live ones, too Oustthink of the terrible hell of chemo therapy in cancer treatment).Well, almost anything. There is once substance found in naturethat can be called "intelligent" in these terms. It can actuallyrecognize the dead tissue from the living tissue.
