of carpet, vinyl and rubber, PVC and linoleum. All products provide uncompromised performance, combined with a raft of
health and eco-benefits. The solvent-free formulas are water-based, non-flammable and have ultra-low VOC emissions.
They are also non-staining and suitable for high
traffic environments, as well as application with
underfloor heating systems.
New Ultrabond Eco VS90 Plus is
extremely easy to apply with good peel
strength with high resistant to shear
stresses, with the added advantage of
being a high temperature adhesive.

NEW Levelling & Smoothing Products
New Planiprep Skimcoat is a fine polymer-
modified cement-based mortar designed for
patching and smoothing any imperfections.
It features a quick-cure
formulation and is ideal for
skimming uneven subfloors
and joints, filling screw-holes
in plywood surfaces and
repairing other minor surface
defects. Floor coverings can
be bonded as soon as the
product has dried.
Mapei’s Latexplan Trade Fast o�ers rapid sub-floor levelling and smoothing in just one application. The new two-component cement-
based screed is suitable for use on both new and existing substrates and can be applied from 3-10mm in one application. It is foot-tra�c ready within an hour and floor coverings can be bonded after just three hours.
